The Solar Energy Southeast Asia is an annual top-level conference and exhibition brought to the international industry by Solar Media Ltd.
It follows the successful launch of Solar Energy UK and the Indian Solar Investment and Technology Summit. Solar Energy Southeast Asia represents the third such event, with the aim of supporting and developing solar business opportunities throughout the ASEAN region.
Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia have begun to pursue wide-scale investment in solar energy and have announced ambitious alternative energy plans. Across the whole ASEAN region, solar markets are forecast to grow at 50%-plus a year for the next five years.
